全自动喷漆装置的送风系统和过滤系统

喷漆工艺是目前被广泛应用于日常生产生活的一种工艺流程,具有实用性和装饰性效果。喷漆工艺中由于喷漆材料的毒性和喷漆流程的挥发性很容易造成对环境的污染,所以规划全自动喷漆装置时,方案中要废气处理工序。废气处理主要看送风系统和过滤系统,这两项做好了,就能达到环保喷漆工艺要求了。

自动喷漆装置中的加湿段加湿器风机选用低噪音优质F级绝缘等级防爆型的国内外知名品牌的变频电机,同时设置手动调节阀及防火阀,以调节送风口开启程度。过滤系统需至少采用3级以上的过滤,即初效过滤、中效过滤、终效过滤,过滤棉应采用国内知名品牌,寿命可靠,过滤后应达到5μm以上尘粒<300粒/升的要求(喷漆室万级洁净度、喷漆房十万级洁净度GB50073)
